Shortly after introducing announcements in Google Chat<\/a> last year, we increased the number of users you can add to a space from 8,000 to 50,000<\/a>. To provide greater flexibility and inclusiveness for larger organisations, we're excited to announce that starting today, spaces can now have up to 500,000 members.\u00a0<\/div>\n

We've introduced features to enhance membership management, which is particularly important now with larger spaces in Google Chat. Some examples include:\u00a0<\/div>\n
The ability to manage reported Google Chat content from the new moderation tool in the Admin console\u00a0<\/a>Several updates for the Space Management Tool<\/a> in the Admin console, including an improved user interface and additional management capabilities The option to add Google Groups to spaces in Google Chat<\/a>Data loss prevention<\/a> for Google Chat\u00a0<\/div>\n
