Turn ON the automatic translation setting at chat.google.com (web) or on your Android or iOS device by going to <i>Settings &gt; Automatic Translation &gt; select the box for \u2018Translate messages to your <a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.google.com\/u\/0\/language?hl=en\">preferred language.<\/a>\u2019\u00a0<\/i><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>This feature translates messages received into your <a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.google.com\/language?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.google.com%2F%3Fpli%3D1%26nlr%3D1\">preferred language<\/a> (based on your Google account settings).
